Domestic Shipping & Delivery

We reserve the right to ship packages via an alternative carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) if the package will arrive in a timeframe equal to or faster than originally requested. We reserve this right to allow for certain conditions such as faster delivery, especially for candles. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Important Note: Larger packages may be assessed an additional "dimensional weight" charge in addition to the actual package weight by Fedex due to the physical size. This charge due to size of the package can only be determined after we have packed your order for shipment in our warehouse.
Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust your shipping costs to include any increased cost of shipping your package beyond the stated online rate if we encounter such increases due to large package dimensions. We will make every effort to contact you regarding this before shipping your package.

Please note that if your order includes an item with a "Ships by" date, the entire order will be held until all pieces are available to be sent in one shipment. If you would like in-stock items to ship right away, please contact us to arrange a separate shipment, as an additional shipping fee may apply.

*Orders shipping to US Territories will be sent UPS, USPS, OR FEDEX which delivers in 5-7 business days

*Gift Boxes will be sent FedEx Ground which delivers in 5-7 business days

International Shipping & Delivery Rates

We are excited to offer DHL shipping options for our international customers! This shipping method uses rates based on your location calculated at time of checkout.

Orders typically ship out within 3-4 business days. We ship Monday-Friday only.

We ship most international orders in a waterproof soft pack and typical delivery times are within 3-14 business days, depending on service type selected and delivery location. A delivery estimate will be provided at time of check out. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know by putting this information in the order comments box before checkout so that we can try to best accommodate your timetable.

Please note that if your order includes an item with a "Ships by" date, the entire order will be held until all pieces are available to be sent in one shipment. If you would like in-stock items to ship right away, please contact us to arrange a separate shipment as an additional shipping fee will apply.

Duty & Customs

Please be aware of any customs/import duty charges as well as any VAT or country specific taxes that may apply as these are the responsibility of the buyer, we have no control over these costs and they can be expensive. For most international customers these will be calculated and collected at time of checkout so there are no surprises later on! These additional charges are coming from the government of your country and are not an attempt to increase the cost of your order.
